What does your question have to with your additional information?
If you have no assets of your own, how do you think anyone will finance $50 mil., unless you can get some investors for your venture?

You must start with a professional, highly detailed, well thought out strategic business plan.
To do this effectively, you need to collect, screen, and analyze information about the business environment. You also need to have a clear understanding of your business – its strengths and weaknesses – and develop a clear mission, goals, and objectives.
