Do I have to pay Pennsylvania State tax on a 403b Tax Deferred Annuity from an early withdraw?I closed my 403b that I opened when I worked in Maryland over 6 years ago…I haven’t contributed any money since I moved to Pennsylvania. I paid federal tax plus a 10% penalty for the IRS. Now I’m curious if I have to pay more taxes to PA even though it was an account I invested in Maryland.
